New frames and lenses start at $27.00. Contact Us to determine if you qualify for eye care services at PrairieStar.
Prescription Assistance Program
PrairieStar is proud to offer a Prescription Assistance Program as a service to patients who cannot afford their medications for chronic health conditions. This program helps patients in need obtain the prescription medications necessary to manage their illnesses.
